In Slavyansk, Ukraine, the need for someone to assist families who have answered the call to adopt is great. Many times children are kept waiting for years in orphanages because their adoption paperwork gets bogged down in court or the families who wish to adopt them do not have the funds or understand the correct procedures for adoption.
