Two years ago, members of the Doorways to Hope team stayed with the Meroshnik family in Mariupol, Ukraine while visiting adoptive families. We were overwhelmed by their generosity and inspired by the courage demonstrated by the parents, Sasha and Sveta; they had adopted a total of 19 children, 6 of whom are now adults and living on their own. While large enough to fit their family, the Meroshnik’s home is in dire need of repairs. Because of generous donors like you, we were able to send funds this last month to cover the following repairs:

* Extend and repair entrance corridor
* Repair entrance door and replace 5 others
* Fix dining room and repair stairs
* Repair third floor ceiling and insulation
* Repair 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor
* Renovate living area on 2nd floor
